Here you will find answers to frequently asked questions about inquiries, orders, samples, delivery and billing.
Inquiry
Questions about contacting us and requesting a quotation.
You can submit your inquiry via our configurator, the contact form, by email, by phone or via live chat.
If you do not use the configurator, please send us as much detailed information as possible about the desired product and construction. Images or sketches are helpful if available. The required quantity is essential for preparing a quotation.
The minimum order quantity is usually 100 units, depending on the product. In exceptional cases, 50 units may be possible if the order can be combined with an ongoing production. This is more common for folders than for boxes, since boxes typically have very specific dimensions and customized inlays.
We usually respond within a maximum of 24 hours. In many cases, you will hear from us on the same business day. If it takes longer in exceptional cases, the inquiry may have been overlooked: a short follow-up message is sufficient and we will take care of it immediately.
Yes, customized formats and individual constructions are possible for all of our products. Our packaging solutions are generally developed specifically for each customer and tailored to the product content and intended use.
Order
Information about order placement, minimum quantities and changes.
The safest way is to place your order in writing by email, referring to the quotation number. A signed order confirmation is not mandatory, but of course possible.
After receiving your order, we process it immediately. We prepare technical drawings and production data and coordinate the layout with you if it has not already been provided. Once all data has been received and approved, you will receive a final order confirmation including all agreed details and the estimated delivery time.
Before production starts, you will receive a final 3D rendering of your customized product. This rendering shows construction, proportions, materials, colors and finishing details in full and serves as the binding approval basis for production.
Due to production processes, over- or underdeliveries of up to ±5% may occur. The final production quantity is calculated within this tolerance range and invoiced accordingly.
Subsequent changes are generally possible but must be reviewed individually. They may result in additional costs and a change to the delivery schedule. Please contact us if you wish to make any changes.
Samples & Prototypes
Information about samples, materials and prototypes.
Yes, we are happy to send you free quality samples, material samples and color samples before the order is placed, so you can get a clear and transparent impression of our products.
Yes, depending on the complexity of the prototype (for example with printing or as a blank version), we can produce a prototype for a fixed price. The cost will be credited when the order is placed.
No, you are of course welcome to keep the samples. Our products are designed for long-term use, and we are pleased if they continue to be used beyond the sampling purpose.
Delivery
Delivery times, shipping methods and special requests.
Depending on the quantity and complexity of the project, delivery usually takes between 2 and 7 weeks. Smaller quantities of folders (approx. 100-300 units) can often be produced within 2-3 weeks. Larger or more complex projects with many individual elements or extensive manual work require more time. The exact delivery time will be stated in your quotation.
Standard shipping is carried out via palletized groupage transport. Larger deliveries are usually shipped by direct transport without reloading.
After the goods have been collected, a redirection to a different delivery area usually involves additional costs and delays. Redirection within the same postal code area is often more flexible.
For groupage shipments, we provide digital shipment tracking. For direct transports, a fixed delivery date is usually communicated in advance.
Express delivery is possible for an additional charge and must be agreed in advance.
We deliver throughout the European Union as well as to Norway and Switzerland.
Partial deliveries are possible for larger quantities starting from 500 units and must be agreed in advance. Free storage of the remaining quantity is available for a maximum of 3 months.
In the case of partial deliveries, the full production quantity is invoiced after the first delivery.
Invoice
Payment terms and invoicing.
Payment is usually made by invoice within 14 days after the goods have arrived at your location. In certain cases, an advance payment of 30-50% may be required.
The invoice will be sent to you by email. An electronic invoice is also possible upon request. Postal delivery is only available by prior agreement.
Yes, issuing the invoice to a different billing address or including cost center information is no problem. Please provide these details no later than when placing the order.
