We produce custom presentation folders with a minimum order of 100 units. Each project involves fixed setup work for the construction, cover material, printing or embossing and the interior layout. From this quantity, premium workmanship and a viable unit cost can be balanced properly.
The difference is immediately noticeable in the weight, rigidity and finish. Our folders are made from 2 mm rigid board as standard and are designed for repeated use. Conventional folders made from 300–400 gsm board are much more flexible and generally intended for short-term or single-use presentation.
Yes. Depending on the cover material, logos, lettering and full-surface artwork can be produced using offset printing, hot foil stamping, blind embossing or UV coating. Vector artwork in PDF, AI, EPS or SVG format is ideal for precise logos and embossing. We recommend the finish that best suits the artwork, material and intended effect.
The interior is developed around the documents you need to present. Options include document pockets, business card slots, pen holders, elastic retainers and other custom fittings. Pocket capacity and spine width can also be adjusted for loose sheets, brochures or larger document sets.
A4 is the most common format, but it is not a fixed limitation. We can also produce A5, landscape, square and fully custom sizes. The outer dimensions, spine and pockets are coordinated so the contents sit securely and the folder closes neatly.
A concealed magnetic closure works well when the folder needs to stay securely closed while retaining a clean, understated exterior. Depending on the construction, it normally requires a spine width of around 20 to 25 mm. For slimmer folders, an elastic or another closure may be more suitable.
Yes. We provide free reference samples so you can assess the materials, workmanship and feel before production. The 3D configurator lets you combine models, colors, finishes and interior features. Final production artwork is also supplied for approval.
Production typically takes between two and six weeks, depending on quantity, size, materials, finishing and interior layout. The confirmed schedule is provided with the quotation. Firm deadlines or express production may be possible by prior arrangement.
